Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA. Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

You’ll receive ongoing mentorship and training, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth. Benefits are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams and attend team meetings.
