Lumate Health is hiring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) in Fayetteville, NC, offering in-person roles with hands-on clinical training. Starting pay is $25 per hour or more depending on experience, with opportunities to expand to additional NC, VA, and MD regions.

No prior RBT certification is required. We provide credentialing support, the Lumate Learning Academy training, continuing education, and mentoring from BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a clinical behavioral health setting.
• Comfort with data entry, observation, and progress documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver play-based skill-building sessions with young clients.
• Track progress and data during structured learning blocks.
• Collaborate with a BCBA to adapt programs as needed.
• Document progress and participate in case reviews with the team.
