Job summary

Texas ABA Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics in Plano, TX. The role includes training, supervision, and a clear path to RBT advancement, with paid training and mentorship to prepare for the RBT exam as required by BACB.

You will work under BCBA supervision, participate in team meetings, and engage families to implement individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
