Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician in Plano, TX. You will work one-to-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy in a supportive clinic environment.

Responsibilities include following treatment plans, collecting data, and helping children learn through interactive activities. Opportunities for advancement and paid RBT certification are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with an active pace around young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented; may support nearby clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
