Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and Delaware PARA permit required.
• Experience in school settings, especially with elementary students.
• Willingness to provide personal care and hygiene support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct behavior support to students in an autism program.
• Collect and report accurate behavioral and instructional data.
• Assist educators and therapists to promote student engagement.
• Support students with self-care tasks (toileting, diapering, hygiene).
• Collaborate with school staff for optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to schedules 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday–Friday.
