Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a full-time school-based role near the Punxsutawney Area School District, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include implementing BIPs, collecting data, and providing one-on-one support in classrooms; RBT certification and school experience are required. We offer $28-$30/hour, 401k, guaranteed hours, PTO, and statewide/nationwide career opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong data collection and recording skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavior.
• Provide direct one-on-one support to students in the classroom and during school activities.
• Support students with academic tasks and social skills development.
