Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Red Oak, TX. This full-time position offers consistent daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays. Start date is immediate and compensation is based on education and ABA experience.

RBT certification is required and paid training is provided. You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and supporting growth through

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
