Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Justin, TX. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans and collecting data.

This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, growth opportunities, and a supportive team. Starting pay varies by education: HS/Associate $17–23.50/hr, Bachelor’s $18–25.50/hr, Master’s $19–27/hr.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading and activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the team to support growth and outcomes.
