Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings in Colorado. Part-time roles offer flexibility and opportunities for training and growth.

We provide same-day pay, a supportive clinical team, and pathways to BCBA schooling programs, with a focus on delivering evidence-based ABA services and family engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and be passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
