Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians in Indianola, IA to provide in-home ABA services. You will work as part of a clinical team to support children with autism and their families, delivering one-on-one interventions and collecting session data.

The role starts as part-time with a focus on flexible schedules, paid training, and the opportunity to grow within a thriving ABA practice. Candidates should be motivated, patient, and compassionate, with RBT certification required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Support families and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality care.
