PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home, school, or community ABA services in Nashville. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, work 1:1 with children, and use positive reinforcement to promote learning.

This role offers flexible scheduling with potential to grow to full-time, travel locally, quarterly bonus, and benefits for full-time staff. High school diploma required; RBT certification mandatory; travel and lifting up to 50 lbs may

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
