Therapy and Beyond - ABA Therapy in Colleyville, TX is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. We welcome entry-level to experienced candidates and will assist with RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
