Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress, collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.

Senior RBTs receive ongoing mentorship, career growth, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA certification as part of PBS Corp.'s supportive program.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Skills
