Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We provide in-home, school-based, and clinic-based therapy to children, focusing on evidence-based practices and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to travel locally. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
