Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 therapy in homes, schools, or clinics and following treatment plans created by a BCBA. You will collect data and collaborate with families to support client progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willing to obtain.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
