Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation invites you to join as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Georgia. This part-time role offers growth opportunities into full-time as caseloads expand, with in-home sessions across home, school, and community settings.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, work 1:1 with children, collect progress data, and collaborate with families. Travel locally as needed; training and mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
