Aim Higher ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Georgia. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community schools under supervision by BCBA clinicians, developing individualized skill programs and collecting data.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings.

• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients.
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned.
