Job summary

Greater Goals ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a mission-driven clinical team in Minnesota. The role involves implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center settings, with prompt data entry into Rethink after each session.

You will maintain fidelity to BIPs, participate in onboarding check-ins, and communicate observations to supervising BCBA while supporting families to foster each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for supporting the autism community.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
