Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based strategies, collect data, and work within a multidisciplinary team to improve daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and teams.
• RBT Certification and HIPAA-compliant documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living and maintain documentation including HIPAA compliance.
