Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide behavioral health services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based interventions and supporting daily living activities.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on ADLs; maintain accurate documentation and records; ensure HIPAA compliance.
