Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services with flexibility for remote work or in-person care across service states. A fast-paced, supportive environment offers paid training, ongoing CEUs, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network.

Applicants should have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, possess a high school diploma, and demonstrate patience and strong communication to work effectively with children and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced ABA environment.
• Patience, compassion and ability to maintain composure during challenging situations.
• Experience with ABA is a plus but paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families to support goals.
