Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our 1:1 ABA teams in home, school, or community settings. Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You'll implement ABA-based treatment plans under a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff. We offer mentorship, flexible scheduling, travel support, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with our coaching.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
