Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Role offers mentorship, career growth toward BCBA, and flexible scheduling. Local travel for in-home sessions is required; you will collaborate with families and clinical teams to monitor progress and attend

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
