Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. The role involves implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and clinical teams, and participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
