Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

The role offers part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus quarterly bonuses, travel reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and local travel to in-home sessions.
• Ability to assist clients from sitting to standing and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
