PBS Corp. is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time, with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will support children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA direction, delivering ABA-based plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
