Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, record client progress, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success. Part-time with growth potential into full-time as caseloads expand, plus benefits and travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
