Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
