Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on training designed to strengthen ABA skills and client progress.

You'll work 1:1 with clients, implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinicians. Some travel may be required; benefits include holiday pay and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and local travel to in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
