Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles in Gig Harbor, WA. You will work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA, using positive reinforcement, and tracking progress.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a quarterly $500 bonus for meeting hours, holiday pay, and opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
