PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans under a BCBA and promoting learning through positive reinforcement.

This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, travel within the local area, and potential transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
