Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collecting progress data.

Applicants should have experience in ABA or related fields, a HS diploma (a Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is preferred), and be willing to travel locally for in-home

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy or related fields.
• HS diploma required; degree preferred.
• Willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Able to engage with children, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
