Job summary

Heartland ABA in the United States is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
