Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. Part-time flexible schedules allow for meaningful, impactful work in the lives of children with autism.

You'll support individualized goals, document progress, and collaborate with a clinical team dedicated to high-quality care. Paid training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
