Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implementing skill-building plans and interventions with fidelity, while collaborating with a clinical team.

Paid training is provided. Positions start part-time with flexible schedules, opportunities for advancement, and same-day pay options to access earnings quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
