Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team delivering in-home ABA services to children with autism in Burlington, Iowa. Part-time roles with flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunity to develop clinical skills.

You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, track progress, and collaborate with families and our clinical team to help clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as directed by the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families to support client progress.
