heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Nebraska. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers flexibility, same-day pay, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive clinical team. Paid training is provided; there is no minimum caseload and you can select cases.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to families' needs.
• Patience and compassion when supporting children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to promote independence and positive behavior.
