heartlandbehavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Nebraska. Roles include delivering one-on-one ABA services, implementing behavior plans, and collaborating with a clinical team to support clients' goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
