Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians to join our ABA team and support clients in achieving individual goals. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA services, implement skill‑building plans, and collaborate with a strong clinical team in clients' homes or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
