Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Nebraska, including Ogallala. This role involves providing one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children reach their goals with evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
