Heartland ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home and community settings. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision and help build independence through evidence-based interventions.

We provide paid training to obtain your RBT certification; after certification you’ll work with clients while receiving ongoing support from our clinical team. Part-time positions with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with children with autism.
• Willingness to learn and earn RBT certification.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
