Get Set ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Baltimore County, MD to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families and supervisors while enjoying flexible per diem hours.

We offer free BCBA supervision for fieldwork, license reimbursement, PTO, holidays, career growth opportunities, and a supportive coaching network. Local caseloads minimize travel.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
• High school diploma is required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools in the Baltimore County area.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
