Job summary

Total Care ABA in South Bend, IN is hiring an RBT to deliver individualized ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. Earn $20-$27 per hour with flexible schedules and pathways for training and professional growth.

The role requires current RBT certification and BACB registration, plus a High School Diploma or GED. Travel is part of the job, and full-time positions offer health benefits, PTO, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes/community settings as needed to deliver services.
