Job summary

Total Care ABA in Clinton, IN is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home and in-school settings across Indiana. Earn $18–$27 per hour with flexible schedules and training.

You will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, support communication and daily living skills, and collaborate with families and clinicians to help children reach meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children and ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep records of client progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required.
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.
