Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks an Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans and track progress under BCBA supervision, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend meetings and professional development sessions.
