Job summary

Little Acorn ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in the Tallmadge, OH area.

As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, and collect data to monitor progress. Travel to clients’ homes, schools, and community settings is often required, with a supportive team environment and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Assist children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client progress.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging therapeutic environment.
