Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and help clients gain independence.

You will record data using electronic devices, collaborate with a clinical team, and contribute to a caring learning environment. High school diploma required; RBT certification required; paid training provided; part-time positions with flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification required prior to employment.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
