Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. Join our clinical team for flexible, part-time hours, ongoing training, and pathways to advancement in the ABA field. We offer same-day pay, supportive supervision, and a mission-driven environment.

As an RBT, you will apply evidence-based ABA techniques, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote independence and positive progress for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
