Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. Part-time positions are available with flexible hours and access to same-day pay.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement behavior plans. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required; paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities
