Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

This part-time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with competitive pay, a quarterly bonus, and generous travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
